Honestly, if you ask me how old I am, I’d say 28. That’s how I feel — full of energy and strength for everything ahead. However, the truth is, in less than a month, I’ll turn 45. But, as I mentioned, I don’t look or feel it.
Everything depends on what you do for yourself, your body, and your mind. There’s actually a very simple formula that anyone can follow in their own way to feel and look fantastic, confident and sexy.
It’s clear that, as we approach our 40s, we become more aware of ourselves. Our desire to start new things—even entirely different ones—is stronger than ever. However, sometimes, amid our busy daily routines, it’s easy to give up on these healthy habits.
That’s why I want to share with you 7 rules that, if followed, will definitely change how you look, how you feel, and how you see the world around you.

Rule No. 1 – Get at Least 8 Hours of Sleep a Night
Sleep is one of the most vital factors for keeping both your body and mind in top condition. In fact, you need at least 7-8 hours of restful sleep each night — moments when your body can truly recharge. When you sleep well, your cells regenerate, your immune system strengthens, and your mind clears, ready to take on a new day.
Moreover, quality sleep plays a crucial role in maintaining hormonal balance, managing stress, and even supporting your metabolism. Without enough rest, everything else becomes more difficult — your energy drops, mood swings become more frequent, and your overall health can suffer.
So, prioritize sleep as the foundation of your wellness. Make a habit of going to bed at a consistent time, eliminate screens before bedtime, and create a calming environment. Because, ultimately, a good night’s sleep isn’t just a luxury — it’s a powerful tool for feeling and looking your best at any age.
Rule No. 2 – Be Active Every Day
This rule is totally opposite to the first one – but this is the beauty of it. Staying active every day is essential, not just for your physical health but also because it profoundly influences your mindset. When you move your body regularly, you feel more energized, motivated, and ready to face whatever the day throws at you.
Choosing an activity you enjoy is the perfect way to stay consistent. For me, I started practicing yoga a year ago, and it completely transformed how I feel — both physically and mentally. It helped me stay flexible, relaxed, and balanced. Recently, I’ve also gotten into calisthenics, and I can honestly say it’s done wonders for my strength, physique, and confidence.
These practices have given me so much — they keep my body looking fit, toned, and sexy, while also sharpening my mind and maintaining my focus. The key is to find what works for you, whether it’s walking, dancing, swimming, or some form of strength training.
The important thing is: keep moving every day. Your body and mind will thank you for it.

Let’s face it—life can get hectic, especially as we juggle more responsibilities. However, effectively managing stress is not just a luxury; it’s a necessity if you want to look and feel your best. One of the most powerful tools you can use is meditation. And trust me, it’s so much more than just sitting quietly — it’s a way to reconnect with your inner self and bring a sexy calmness to your day.
Incorporating even just a few minutes of mindfulness into your routine can make a huge difference. When you breathe deeply and focus on the present moment, you help calm your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and release tension. Moreover, consistent practice sharpens your mental clarity and boosts your confidence — essential qualities for staying radiant and in control.

Additionally, I pay attention to how I consume these foods. Mindful eating — savoring every bite and paying attention to portion sizes — improves digestion, enhances your mood, and fuels your confidence. So, make it a ritual to cook with love, select your ingredients wisely, and enjoy every moment of nourishing your most precious asset: yourself. And don’t drink alcohol but for water and fresh juice. Also, replace coffee with raw cacao.
Rule No. 5 – Keep Your Mind Sharp with Continuous Learning
Staying mentally fresh and vibrant is just as sexy as looking good. In fact, one of the secrets to feeling young and unstoppable is feeding your brain new ideas and challenges. When you keep learning, you stimulate your mind, boost your creativity, and maintain that sharp, irresistible edge.
For example, I started blogging a year ago, and honestly, it’s been one of the best things I’ve ever done for my mental agility. Not only do I get to share my thoughts and passions, but I also keep my brain engaged — and trust me, there’s nothing sexier than feeling on top of your game.
Moreover, whether it’s reading books, trying a new hobby, or taking a course, every new skill or piece of knowledge adds to your confidence and keeps you radiantly young at heart. So, don’t shy away from new challenges — embrace them. Because staying curious isn’t just smart — it’s absolutely sexy. Every time you learn something new, you’re giving yourself a reason to glow even brighter.

Rule No. 6 – Make Time Only for Yourself
Let’s be honest — taking care of yourself is one of the ultimate acts of self-love. In fact, carving out time just for your beauty rituals isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity if you want to glow from the inside out. Whether it’s a quick at-home facial or indulging in professional procedures, these sacred moments help you reconnect with your sexy, confident self.
For me, every night I do a face massage with a frozen roller and some luxurious oils, like collagen.
It’s my little ritual — and trust me, it makes all the difference. This simple act keeps my skin glowing, prevents wrinkles, and helps me look a few years younger. When you dedicate these moments to yourself, you’re not just maintaining your beauty — you’re boosting your self-esteem and radiance. Another tip is that I never used make up in my life, only for very special occasions and really rarely.
So, make it a non-negotiable. Whether it’s skincare, a relaxing bath, or a quiet moment with your favorite book, remember: self-care isn’t selfish — it’s sexy empowerment. Because when you look and feel your best, everyone notices. And most importantly, you feel unstoppable.
Rule No. 7 – Be Really Sexually Active
Let’s talk about something that keeps you vibrant, confident, and utterly irresistible — sex. After 40, maintaining a regular sex life is not just about pleasure; it’s a key to your overall health. It’s amazing how sex boosts your hormones, ignites your energy, and keeps your mind sharp.
Plus, feeling desired and connected is one of the sexiest things you can do for yourself.
And if you’re single, no worries — you can always find a buddy for that. You don’t have to get married to enjoy the benefits. Just share the magic, and take advantage of how incredible it makes you feel. For me, I used to say I’m a single mom — a woman who raises her kid alone. But today, I proudly say I’m a mother with a lover, and honestly, I feel fantastic.
So, don’t hold back — embrace your sexuality, have fun, and stay connected to your sensual self. Because staying sexually active isn’t just pleasurable; it’s a powerful form of self-care that keeps your body, your spirit, and your confidence shining bright. Be smart enough to chose with whom you will share this activity.
